The Grandstream UCM6302 is an advanced IP PBX appliance designed for medium to large enterprises. Supporting up to 1,000 users and 150 concurrent calls (up to 100 encrypted via SRTP), it consolidates voice, video, conferencing, IVR, voicemail, CTI, and web meetings into one powerful on-premise device—without any licensing or per-user fees. The device runs on Asterisk 16 and includes a 320×240‑pixel color touchscreen LCD, and powerful telephony and multimedia services.

With three Gigabit PoE+ Ethernet ports, it supports NAT routing, automatic provisioning of Grandstream SIP phones, and robust security features such as secure boot, unique device certificates, and randomized default credentials. Media support includes Full-Band Opus voice codec and H.264/H.263/VP8 video codecs with jitter resilience even at high packet loss.
